Freeform style that allows participants to fill in colors of their choosing

Structured style that guides participants to create an image with predetermined colors
② Choose canvas size:

We use portable, stretched canvases for most Collaborative Murals. We’ll recommend canvas size options based on your event details

If your site allows, we’re also happy to paint directly on an exterior or interior wall as a permanent mural!
③ Choose your tools:

Co-Design Workshop
We’ll work with you ahead of the event to create artwork that hits the mark, holding a workshop with all stakeholders to brainstorm ideas based on your organization’s mission, values, and event goals.
Mural Concepting
Based on our discussion, we’ll develop Mural Concepts specially designed for participation. You’ll select a final direction to move forward.
Event Day & Facilitation
On event day, we’ll bring the prepared mural canvas(es)* and all painting materials to your site. Fun ensues with an engaging group experience that lets everyone contribute to a one-of-a-kind collaborative artwork.
*If we’re installing a permanent mural, Bullseye will visit the site ahead of event day to outline the design on your wall.
This format works especially well when participation, connection, and storytelling are just as important as the final visual outcome.
We often create collaborative murals for community events, office team-building days, corporate conferences, nonprofit galas, youth group projects, public events, and placemaking initiatives. Organizations use these unique mural projects to engage participants in a memorable way while leaving behind a beautiful visual memento tied to a meaningful experience.

If the mural isn’t fully completed day of, our team takes care of finishing the artwork after the event. This may include adding outlines, refining details, or completing remaining sections to ensure the final mural feels cohesive and polished, while still honoring the contributions made by participants.
If desired, we can also leave you with materials so your group can continue painting on your own. We’ll discuss these options in advance to ensure the approach aligns with your goals and expectations.
No prior art experience required! Collaborative murals are intentionally designed to be approachable for all skill levels and age groups. We structure these projects to be fun and accessible, with clear instructions, pre-prepared design outlines, and on-site facilitation provided by our team throughout the event.
